Freight Agreement Load Program - TM 9.1

Hi

We are implementing TM9.1 and process of developing a load program for Freight Agreement master data from a spread sheet. Was not able to find a BAPI/FM or Class/Method that would do this. I saw couple of threads in the forum but not very useful. Any information would be helpful.
