Logical System Issue when refreshed from Production

Hello ,

   We have an issue  with logical system when refreshed our test environment from Production

1. We have refreshed our TM test environment with production
2. When data has been refreshed it copied the production logical system in some table like /SAPAPO/LOCMAP, BUT0ID etc which has field logsys
3. When tested in ECC test it is failing with error "BP not exist " as the table's has the data but with diff logical system name

We have t-code BDLS for converting old to new logical system in all transparent tables,

Is there any steps needs be followed before doing this or any sequence to be followed after refresh?
